The Bible reminds us that we are all lost like sheep; that sins have separated us from God, and therefore we have neither relationship nor communion with Him.
Our Heavenly Father, however, has always desired to have a relationship with His creation and has bridged the gap that separated us from Him by giving us His only Son to pay the price for our sins.
