Spring Harvest is a young story for young people, so realistic it reads like a news report.

Love blossoms between a young man and a young woman. Soon they are totally engrossed. How far can one go? Is it permissible to give oneself fully before marriage? Isn't that wanting to pick the fruit prematurely? Harvesting green ears of corn in spring? Only pain, disappointments, bitterness... and perhaps even an unexpected baby will be reaped!

How to carry on then when everything seems so bleak and a romantic golden future was expected instead?

Suzy Dind, born in French-speaking Switzerland, contracted polio at a very young age and had to spend long months in bed suffering. With great courage and faith, and superhuman effort, she was slowly able to resume a nearly normal life. Because of this, she had to abandon her teaching career to work in an office. From childhood, she was interested in literature, and at 24, she published her first book titled "At all costs."
