A book like this was certainly needed. Too often in Christian circles, problems considered non-spiritual, such as environmental protection and its various implications, are given little weight. Certainly, the spiritual should take precedence over material concerns, but can anyone truly claim to be indifferent to the conditions of the world in which their children will have to grow up?
