The concepts of God's sovereignty and man's responsibility, both present in the Holy Scriptures, have for centuries appeared irreconcilable, giving rise to heated disputes that have led to more divisions than solutions. Yet, the various biblical doctrines complement and enrich each other, and in every aspect, the Word of God captivates us with its perfect unity and coherence. It is from these considerations that Carlo Bertinelli draws inspiration for a passionate search in the Holy Scriptures, the results of which go beyond traditional theological debate and allow him to demonstrate that even on topics normally considered irreconcilable, perfect harmony exists in biblical teaching.
